Veterinary Field Installation & Training Specialists
Cornerstone® Practice Management Software ________________________________________

• Positions available in Philadelphia and Chicago
• Must be able to travel overnight up to 75% of the time
• Veterinary Technician with Cornerstone® practice management software (PMS) or other PMS experience highly desirable
• Demonstrated excellent customer service, customer training and/or classroom training
• Preferred experience in veterinary or human diagnostic radiography
• Strong instructional and presentation skills
• Must be able to teach complex applications and related information to a variety of student skill levels.
• Customer oriented with professional representation.
• Working with Windows2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 2003 Server operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Installing and troubleshooting PC software applications
• Installing and/or troubleshooting hardware components
• Adding computers in a wired and wireless network, maintaining PC hardware
• Cornerstone® practice management software (PMS) or other PMS
• Able to work at multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work.
• High levels of responsiveness
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to re-prioritize based on customer and business needs
• Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to assist others.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• May be required to perform project work at home during slow periods.
